Taken January 2 -It’s still beautiful past the holiday season. In the past I’ve cut these back once they start to look “sad” – keep them watered and take them outside after the last frost. They get all big and green in the summer.
This year, we welcomed a new grandson in June, spent time with our beautiful granddaughter and enjoyed all that nature has to offer us.
I decided to go with a picture of spring. This is a Lenten Rose – I used Topaz Textures for the editing
We had an early spring this year. The trees started blooming in February. This was taken on February 19. For the technical info – I used a 100mm lens, ISO 1000, f5.6 and 1/160.
For some reason, I never edited this – but never deleted it either. Now I have an excuse to do something with it!! For this week I just tweaked in LR (basic panel, noise, sharpening).
