A soft pink flower from a bouquet that my grand daughter gave me.
This wasp was trying to get some nectar from the flower design in our bird bath. There were several of them that kept trying this. It was amusing to watch
How about a smooth texture?
This was taken Fall 2011 at Big Meadows on Skyline Drive. We go to Skyline Drive every year to enjoy the color and the wildlife.
