This week – Sofia is inviting us to show what spring means to us. Here in coastal North Carolina, we are seeing many signs including wildflowers.
The trees are showing off their blossoms and new growth.
Best of all – it’s time to get outside and play.

Nice photos Nora. I like that first one, dandelions and lavender color? (I’m clueless.) I loved my sandbox when growing up. It’s as close as I ever got to earth-moving equipment. 🙂
Thanks John. The lavender flowers are some sort of wildflower. My grandsons live near a giant “sandbox” – the beaches of the Outer Banks. Plus their neighborhood borders the largest sand dune on the east coast – Jockey’s Ridge. A great place to be a kid!!
The wildflowers was my fav today – the dandelions felt like people in a photo and it was a really interesting capture
