This week Patti invites us to share photos of vertical, horizontal and radial symmetry. Here are a few examples I have chosen.
The first is a photo of Bodie Lighthouse on the Outer Banks dividing the image in two vertically. There may be a little horizontal symmetry going on with the stripes.

Next is an example of horizontal symmetry.

The final two are examples of radial symmetry but may also have horizontal symmetry as well.

I love how creative you got 😀
Thanks Cee!
Wow, Nora. A wonderful collection. The lighthouse and the seashell are my favorites, but they all are beautiful.
Thanks!
Hmmm…..with all my seashell images I never thought of their radial symmetry Nora – very creative. I just absolutely loved your polka dot image – fabulous. Did you create the environment or see it somewhere and shoot it?
Thanks Tina!! I did the set up on the spoons
Beautiful and creative! Great selections, Nora! Love the second one and the sea shell!
Thanks Amy!
Love the daisy and black and white squares behind it – such a cool photo and creative ost
Thanks!
Wow. Great variety. Excellent examples. ::thumbsup:: !!!!
Thanks John!
Nora, those are great examples of symmetry. I love the polka dots. That is so original.
Thanks Marsha!
Love all your shots this week — lighthouse, daisy, well, all of them. But my favorite has to be the shell. How clever to photograph it with reflection. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks!!
