We had an early spring this year. The trees started blooming in February. This was taken on February 19. For the technical info – I used a 100mm lens, ISO 1000, f5.6 and 1/160.

Weekly Photo Challenge – Wish

My wish is that our family continues to grow in love not only for each other but for those less fortunate than us. (This was taken on Christmas Day which explains the funny shaped hats on some heads).

Macro Moments – Week 33

I participate a weekly themed group on Flickr. This week’s theme was Film Noir. Not sure if I hit the mark on this – but it was fun to try and come up with something for the theme. I shot this with the 7DII, 60mm macro at ISO 2500, f4, 1/60. I used a light tent. For editing – tried selective desaturating and other basic tweaks.
