This week I cropped the photo so that the blown highlights at the top are minimized and the path comes from the lower left corner (vs the middle) of the picture. Other than that not much else was edited.

Ah, yes, I like the moving of the path, the photo is more engaging. I also like the cropping out of the blownout sky, good call, it makes the photo seem more autumnal colors. š

Hi Nora… I wonder whether there is now too much brown foreground? Really like the autumn colours though.
I’d say it was definitely a good choice to minimize the overly bright sky.
