Believe it or not this coreopsis flower is called Jethro Tull. Being a child of 60’s music I had to have one. Now all I need is the Beatles and the Moody Blues and my garden will be complete !!

I spent Sunday afternoon weeding the flowerbeds and chasing dragonflies. Fortunately this occurred in my backyard where no one except my husband could see me chasing them around the yard and he is used to this kind of behavior.

The top picture is of a hosta getting ready to bloom. It has some nice white flowers. The bottom is my fave – daisies – which I carried on my wedding day almost 41 years ago. My how time flies.
